What the rewards actually are

The launch campaign is built around cosmetic appearance items plus progression materials. That matters for planning: if you are chasing a specific cosmetic, check the reward table for that phase before you spend hours watching, because the two phases do not offer the same list.

If your drop is missing

• Confirm the account link is still active. Links can be broken by changing your Steam or PURPLE login.
• Confirm you claimed on Twitch and not only watched. Claimed and watched are different states.
• Allow time for in-game mail delivery before opening a ticket.
• Check whether the phase ended. An unclaimed Phase 1 reward cannot be recovered during Phase 2.
• Remember which account you watched on. Watching while signed into a different Twitch account is a silent failure.
